We keep direct booking simple. Send us your dates and we'll personally confirm availability and your total. Rates vary by date and length of stay, so we don't publish a fixed nightly calendar here.
Your quote will include the stay total, required taxes and any specifically disclosed pet or other fee. No security deposit is required for our standard direct stays.
For the occasional direct stay, there's no need for a complicated checkout system. We confirm the details with you personally and keep the process straightforward.

No organized gatherings are permitted at The Roost under any circumstances. If you're attending a wedding, reunion, concert or other event nearby, we'd be happy to be your place to stay - the event itself simply happens elsewhere.
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors require prior Host approval.
Approved dogs are welcome. Please keep them off furniture and bedding and clean up after them.
The Roost is a smoke- and vape-free indoor space.
The apartment is upstairs, accessed from a private ground-floor entrance by one interior flight of stairs.
Your dedicated parking space is beside the entrance, with complimentary EV charging available.
The Roost is approximately 200 feet from a two-lane state highway. Traffic noise may occasionally be heard, particularly during commuting hours.
Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. Please stop using and report any toilet or plumbing issue immediately.
